1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jljl20 ("jljl20," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jljl20 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jljl20 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of jljl20 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jljl20 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jljl20 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and all associated balances, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals, may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jljl20 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jljl20 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jljl20 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC): jljl20 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jljl20 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: jljl20 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the jljl20 cashier page and are subject to change. jljl20 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements. jljl20 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days. jljl20 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions: Players must have wagered their deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Funds deposited but not wagered may be subject to a processing fee at jljl20's discretion. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Anti-Money Laundering: jljl20 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. jljl20 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), without prior notice to the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jljl20 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• jljl20 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited.
• jljl20 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's wagering activity qualifies for bonus purposes.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jljl20 Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface and must be read before play commences.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jljl20's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed conclusive. jljl20 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures on the player's device, internet connection issues, or browser incompatibilities.

jljl20 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome or payout. In such cases, jljl20 will endeavour to restore the player's account to the position it was in prior to the affected game round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljl20 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jljl20 staff or other players.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person.

jljl20 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of these prohibitions, and to forfeit any balances held in such accounts where permitted by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jljl20 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jljl20 Platform without the prior written consent of jljl20.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jljl20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jljl20's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jljl20 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jljl20 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jljl20 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection
